Are you having pain when you paddle, in your shoulders, elbows, wrists, or legs? Improper form may be your problem. Knoxville Kayak Clinic can work with you to help develop good form and hopefully ease your pain. Just using your arms instead of your whole body to paddle can lead to all kinds of health issues. Don't give up on what could be a lifelong sport without working on your form first.
